The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) has started selling Post-UTME application forms for admission into its various undergraduate programs for the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 academic sessions. Below is a list of courses, requirements, and application instructions for the FUHSO post-UTME form.

The administration of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) welcomes suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission to its undergraduate programs for the academic years 2021/2022 and 2022/2023.

  1. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

  3. B. Sc. Biostatistics

Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo (FUHSO) Post UTME Eligibility

All programs are available for UTME and DE candidates. The University cut-off point for MBBS for candidates who sat for JAMB Exam 2021 is 230 while those for JAMB Exam 2022 is 240.

Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo (FUHSO) Post UTME Screening

Candidates who selected FUHSO as their first choice university in the 2022 JAMB exam WHERE have missed the final screening exercise organized by the University for the 2021 JAMB exam are hereby invited for a scheduled screening as follows

Date: September 6 – 7, 2022
Venue: Amphitheater, Otada Campus take-off, Otukpo

Any candidate who wishes to transfer to university must make the change on the JAMB portal and select the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as their first choice university. The candidate must select the desired program for which he has the required UTME subject combination and relevant O’Level results.

The candidate must ensure that their O’Level results are successfully uploaded to the JAMB portal for admissions. Any applicant whose results are not uploaded will not be available on JAMB’s Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) for admissions processing.

Candidates are requested to come to the pre-selection with the following documents:

  1. Evidence of selection of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) as first choice via JAMB.
  2. Print JAMB results from JAMB CAPS.
  3. Original SSCE/NECO O’ Level Certificate/Result
  4. Birth certificate
  5. Two passport photos
  6. Evidence of payment of a non-refundable processing fee of two thousand naira (N2,000.00) solely to FUHSO via REMITA.
  7. Two photocopies of each of the above documents
